Three Payment Methods

Credit Card Payments

We have selected Paypal as our credit card processor for several reasons, primarily for the great security Paypal provides and also for the fact that Paypal is a preference of many of our customers. In order to use the Paypal gateway it is not necessary to hold a Paypal account. Just select "Don't have a Paypal account" and you will be able to finalise your purchase with your credit card details. Customers can be assured that that their purchase is completed in the most secure environment. Security is important to us at Baby Nursery Decor, we do not record any financial or credit card information that you enter through the secure paypal site. PayPal has quickly become a global leader in online payment solutions with more than 153 million accounts worldwide. Available in 190 markets and 17 currencies around the world, PayPal enables global e-commerce by making payments possible across different locations, currencies and languages.

Direct Deposit

You don't need a credit card to shop with us. If you select the Direct Deposit option you will be provided with bank account details where you will be able to pay directly into our account. Orders created with this method will remain in our system for 3 days until we confirm that payment has been received. If payment has not been received within the 3 days the order will auto-cancel. Please note, that your order cannot be processed till payment has been received, and as such stock will still be available on the site until payment is confirmed. If you require an extension in time, or have made payment and are waiting for it to clear, please send an email to sales@babynurserydecor.net.au and we will be happy to update your order.

What if I'm not happy with my purchase?

Your satisfaction is guaranteed! We're not happy until you are. We offer a 14 day money guarantee on most purchases. (Personalised and custom-made products are excluded, unless the error was caused by the supplier). Standard products you purchase from Baby Nursery Decor may be returned within the first 14 days for a replacement, repair or full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping)
In the case of a refund, the product must be unused and returned in it's original packaging (return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility).


Are all products processed together?

It's possible that you may receive more that one parcel when ordering multiple products because most Baby Nursery Decor products are dispatch directly from the manufacturer. Thats how we keep our prices so low.


How long will delivery take?

Most products will usually take 3 - 7 working days. PLEASE NOTE: personalised and made-to-order products can take up to another 10 days to be delivered.
